I. PURPOSE AND CONTENT
- This privacy policy describes how personal data received from the User during visits to and use of this website are processed and utilized. It also outlines how to contact us for additional questions regarding the processing of personal data.
- The Data Controller is Hilding Anders Polska Sp. z o.o., Ul. Polna 17, 62-095 Murowana Goślina, email: info.pl@hildinganders.com. The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted via email at iod@hildinganders.com or by mail at the registered address with the note "Data Protection Officer." The DPO is responsible for matters related to the processing of personal data.
- Hilding Anders Polska Sp. z o.o. ("we") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of the User.
II. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WILL BE PROCESSED AND WHY?
- We collect and process the name, email address, and IP address of the User provided to us in order to obtain information. This personal data helps us process inquiries submitted in the "Write a message" field in the website footer and through the Contact Form on the Contact subpage. We also process the IP address of the User who contacts us via chat. This processing is based on our legitimate interest as defined in Art. 6(1)(f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR).
- We maintain profiles on social media platforms: for communicating with users, presenting content, promoting our activities (including informing about new events), and for analytical and statistical purposes. This is our legitimate interest in enabling communication with users, promoting our activities, and providing information. Through these platforms, we may also conduct voluntary contests in which users can participate. We process the personal data of users of these platforms when they visit our profiles or interact with them (likes, comments, messages). Please be aware that if you like or comment on our post, it is visible to other users. Personal data is stored until an objection is raised to further processing by retracting the like or deleting the comment, and subsequently for the period required by legal obligations and/or until the expiration of the statute of limitations for potential claims related to the processing purposes.
- Social media platforms have their own privacy policies, terms, and data processing rules that bind their users, and we are obligated to comply with them. If you are a user of such a platform, the processing of your personal data is also subject to those rules and policies, and you may exercise your rights within their framework.
III. WHO HAS ACCESS TO THE USER'S PERSONAL DATA?
- We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the User's personal data from loss, unauthorized access, etc. Personal data may be disclosed to our employees or collaborators, entities providing us with support under delegated services and in accordance with concluded agreements (e.g., software providers, hosting), and entities authorized under the law.
IV. HOW LONG IS THE USER'S PERSONAL DATA RETAINED?
- Data will be processed, including stored, for no longer than 1 month after the end of correspondence or until the purpose for which they were sent is achieved.
- Statistics with anonymized data may be stored for a longer period.
V. WHAT RIGHTS DOES THE USER HAVE?
- The User has the right to know what personal data we process and to request a copy of this data. The User has the right to request the correction of their personal data and, in some cases, to request the deletion of their personal data. If the User has given consent for the processing of their personal data for a specific purpose, they can always withdraw it. If the User wishes to withdraw consent, they can contact us using the contact details provided in section I. The User also has the right to object to a specific method of processing their personal data and request the restriction of its processing. The User has the right to obtain their personal data in a machine-readable format and transfer it to another data controller.
